No. The decision is the government's to make, and any reputable consultant will say the same.

No consultant can promise an outcome. Final decisions on applications are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This practice is independent and does not speak for any government body.

You describe what you hope to do, we ask a few questions, and we set out which routes could fit and which would not. Nothing is filed during the first conversation.

Yes. Many people bring a partner, parent or friend, or have them join the call.

In person meetings are held by appointment at the Westmount address shown on the contact page, in a shared coworking building. Phone and video meetings need no travel.

It depends on the route and changes over time, and the government publishes current processing information. We explain what to expect for your route without promising a date.

A consultant can explain the rules, prepare your application and communicate with the government about it on your behalf. A consultant cannot promise a result, and some matters, such as court proceedings or tribunal hearings, need a different kind of representative.
